Return & Exchange Policy

a. Eligibility:

. Items are eligible for return and exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.

. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.

. Personalized and sale items may not be eligible for return.

. sales items cannot be return or exchange.

. Any item that is stained, emits body Oduors or perfume, scents or has marks, damages or water stains is non- returnable.

. Please do not ship your claims or returns before contacting with our team. 

. Exchange will be processed at original item price, not sale price.

b. Initiating a Return:

. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

c. Return Shipping:

. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs at the time of sending article back and 300 will be charged at the time of delivery for return and exchange.

d. Return Approval:

. Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

. Approved returns will be provided with instructions for the return shipment.

2. Refunds:

.  Product must not be used and should be in original packaging and tags.

  .  Once return item is received refund can take up-to 3 to 5 working day.

.  We do not refund on liking Or disliking of the product.

.  Refund will be given if there is any issue regarding quality or defect.

 . We provide 7 days only return or refund policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved our team will contact you and your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your bank account within 5 working days. 

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact

packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
